Chris has been an Emergency Responder for one of the largest transport systems in Europe for the past eight years, following an eleven-year career in engineering. Throughout these nineteen years, he has consistently made critical decisions and led teams to successfully complete projects on a daily basis.

His passion for Greece, along with his appreciation for the country’s culture and customs, has inspired him to fulfill one of his dreams: the creation and management of this company. Over the last two years, Chris has diligently selected the right professional partners to build a company that people can trust.

Alexandros (Alex) Kalaitzidis

Alex is a lawyer-mediator in Cyprus and Greece and a PhD candidate at the European University of Cyprus. He is the founder of KALAS LAW FIRM, which specializes in the establishment of companies (offshore) and providing legal services in the field of real estate.

More specifically, he deals with real estate agreements and transfers, the legal checks of property titles, the drafting, guidance and signing of purchase and sale contracts and the guidance of purchase and bank loan (golden visa). He deals with the drafting of professional leases and undertakes the resolution of rental disputes.

He is also a co-founder of KALAS REAL ESTATE, which deals with the management and development of investment properties. The activities and services extend to Cyprus and Greece, having developed a solid network of qualified associates.
